Sassoon bequeathed his books and manuscripts to Edmund Blunden, and his personal possessions to his mother, with monetary payments to be made to Blunden, Glen Byam Shaw, Nellie Burton and Edith Sitwell, among others. Annuities were originally to be made to Robert Graves and to his servant Mrs Dengel, but both are excised.
